El Navarrico is based in San Adrian, Navarra, one of the most fertile regions in Spain, they’re a specialist processor of pulses, vegetables and fruit. A family business run by Jose Salcedo, the company produces Brindisa’s range of jarred pulses, artichokes, asparagus and piquillo peppers. Each package is unique, and is treated as an exclusive piece of high quality.
TOMATO JAM
The Navarrico tomato jam is made with ripe tomatoes from Navarrico's own garden. Elaborated with sugar, this has created a balance with the tomato's own acids that enhance the aroma.
It can be served spread on slices of bread or toast, adding color at breakfast or snack. It also perfectly combines with fresh cheese, meat, fish or pasta.
ONION JAM
Navarrico onion jam is made with fresh onions. Its taste at the beginning seems to us something unusual and a little strange, but it surprises when the tests. It is ideal to accompany tables of foie, salted canapés, anchovies or cheeses, and especially with sirloins, cheeks or lamb.
PEPPER JAM
Navarrico pepper jam is a prepared in a traditional and artisan way. It combines very well with cheese, both strong and soft, although it can also be served as an accompaniment to meat or fish.
PREMIUM WHITE SHORT ASPARAGUS
This soft white asparagus are a familiar sight in almost any tapas bar in Spain.
Their mild and creamy flavour is often complemented by mayonnaise.
WHOLE PREMIUM PIQUILLO PEPPER
Brought back to Spain from the Americas by returning conquistadores, these small red peppers are a very mild variety of chili. The peppers are a deep scarlet and their flavour is intense, sweet and mildly piquant.
ROASTED CRISTAL PEPPER
Completely handmade for its fragility. Sweet flavor with acidic notes, fine and subtle.
