Codesa Gilda Anchovies sticks are carefully selected, cleaned and bottled. Each anchovy is carefully packed by hand in organic oil. Only sold at the best and most select specialized shops. It comes from the spring fishing season of Cantabrian Sea. In between fillets are green peppers collected during the summer harvest. It has a tender texture with a soft but spicy taste. Manzanilla olives sandwich all these together and is a natural manzanilla variety. Harvested during September and October which is matured for 8 months.
