Our suggestion for decanting time is based on bottles we tried at Txanton in 2023. We guarantee that Txanton stocks are imported and maintained in proper storage within the correct temperature and humidity suitable for wine.

Good to Know: Domaine Coillot started with a vineyards from Christophe Coillot’s grandfather who died in 1969. It used to be a mix of not only grapes but also cherries, plums, raspberries and chicken livestock to make ends meet. His father took over and he himself started working with his father back in 1986. Since then, much has changed leading towards to the wine business now.
