Good to Know: The Premium Flower Sake has a “Junmai Diginjo” classification means the rice was milled down to at least 50% polishing rate without alcohol additives. The highest classification for Sake.

Junmai Daiginjo is often referred to as the absolute pinnacle of Japanese sake, a prestige statement that we proudly uphold. Nestled within an exquisitely decorated black bottle, heavy to the touch, and adorned with elegant Shochiku and Plum blossoms, it is our selected choice for a "celebration day" gift.

Junmai Daiginjo is a symbol of luxury, brought to life with stern regulations governing the selection of raw materials and brewing techniques. At our esteemed brewery, we use only 100% Miyamanishiki rice from Nagano Prefecture, painstakingly polishing the rice to a mere 49%, and allowing it to ferment slowly at a low temperature with the aid of the Kyokai No. 1801 yeast. The outcome? An exceptional ginjo fragrance that is irresistibly aromatic, culminating in a splendid finish that is best experienced chilled, in a wine glass.

The Premium Flower Sake is highly fragrant with a great taste. Upon the first sip, you’ll find yourself enveloped by a rich umami depth, succeeded by a soothing blend of sourness and sweetness. We take great pride in knowing that every tilt of the glass delivers an ultimate taste sensation, guaranteed to delight a broad spectrum of customers.

Since the year 1864, the Endo Sake Brewery has stood as an illustrious beacon of heritage for the Suzaka clan. Its inception as a sake brewery began to cater to the desires of the feudal lords who revelled in the divine nectar that only our brewery could manifest. The founder, Tokusaburo Endo, engraved a strong ethos in our foundation- to brew sake of unparalleled deliciousness. This ethos is an heirloom passed down through succeeding generations, imbuing our spirits with a relentless drive for innovation.

The bountiful land of Suzaka, revered for its illustrious nature, pristine air, and importantly, untainted water, has been instrumental in our resolute endeavor. The golden age of Tatemachi in the Edo period, a testament to the thriving modern silk industry, has seen the Endo Sake Brewery flourishing alongside the town of Suzaka, as an unshakeable pillar.

The distinguished elixir of Endo Sake Brewery carries forth an enigmatic power—an intoxicating prowess that radiates a chain of smiles as potent as the drink itself. Why? Because it seems, joy is contagious. Perhaps it comes from the love that's poured into the creation of our sake, a love that resonates with everyone connected with the brewery. Affecting, almost. This heartfelt emotion travels from the hearts of those who partake in our offerings, to those who unmask a joyous smile upon their visages.
