Our suggestion for decanting time is based on bottles we tried at Txanton in 2023. We guarantee that Txanton stocks are imported and maintained in proper storage within the correct temperature and humidity suitable for wine.

Henri Pion Racines Croisees Bourgogne Pinot Noir is most likely the best Burgundy red wine to present to the rest of the world. This wine is a blend from three plots located on the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune. Its tasting notes has an intense ruby red color, a fresh and juicy fruit and a bit of roasted notes. It’s quite a balance of flavour which represents the wine region. Best suited for any occation.
