Good to Know: Laurent Ponsot’s new company began four decades ago. With this, he carries his experience, craftsmanship and passion for winegrowing and making in the terroir of Burgundy. It is a new venture with his son Clement, who handles the trade. With the help of Clement’s wife Claude and two children Claire and Nicolas, they helped him launch this new project. These same people assisted him through the last twenty years with their talent and dedication.
