ELABORATION

In the Priorat region, vermouth has been the aperitif par excellence for nearly 100 years. So it is really a traditional drink. In 1997 Priorat Natur fell in love with the idea of using an ancient recipe that we had from our grandparent to be able to make an authentic vermouth and make people enjoy it.

TASTING NOTE
Aromas of the herbal aromas appears in nose as thyme, fennel, rosemary. On the second level appears aromas of aged wood, the earth just after a rain, truffle and honey. The original blend provokes surprising sensations to the senses. On the palate it is balanced, with just enough sweetness to compliment the accompanying characteristic bitter citrus.

SERVICE

Drink it always cold. It can be drunk neat or with some ice cubes and an orange or lemon piece of fruit inside. You can also make great cocktails with it.
Serve with: A good match with anything slight salty or savory, appetizers !!!!. The traditional tapas from this region however are olives, and salty nuts. It is also great with fish or seafood. Or, if you have a sweet tooth, you can drink our vermouth as a dessert together with a chocolate cake.
